This clockette sits on a round Oak base under a glass dome (not supplied). The nice addition to this one that you don’t often see is the magnet retainer clamp that originally came with all these clockettes. It keeps the pendulum in place while in transit.

The rest of the clock looks reasonable at this stage with no major damage or repairs.

There is a problem though with the dial as will be seen on the following page.

The oak base will need just a good wax polishing.

The dial has a buckle shown by the arrows. There’s not much that can be done about this and it will be left as is. Once the brass is cleaned though it will look better.
