Bulle Nº 7221

A tall movement Bulle with a 0.50 beats per second pendulum in a mahogany veneered round top case with fully glazed front door. The glass is thick and bevelled. A small rear door houses the battery. Overall the clock looks to be complete and in good condition. The wood case is a little dry and will need a few good coats of beeswax to feed the wood.

It’s interesting to note that even though this clock is of the same design as the closely related s/n 7421, there are small differences. In this case the rear battery door has a machined recess to accept the battery. The door is much thicker than the one on s/n 7421.
